My entire work experience has been in building data and technology solutions for the various businesses/teams that I have worked in. And hence when the opportunity to hop onto Zero To 1 came along, it seemed a logical next step in my career - to apply my learnings and experience to a larger set of companies through our engagement model, especially if they are in early stages or are keen to drive technology-led growth.
The biggest learning that I have had, and that continues to get validated through Zero to 1 is that ownership and accountability are key drivers of success. And with our product-led model, I believe we are well positioned to help companies seamlessly drive their innovation charters.
